Grace holds a Masters Degree in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool, UK and is a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, UK. Grace is also a Certified Administrator of Saville WAVE Psychometrics, UK and a Certified Practitioner of Life Orientations (LIFO), UK – a behavioural assessment tool that identifies an individual’s strengths and work styles to enhance productivity, communication, and collaboration. She has vast experience in leadership and management development and over 20 years’ extensive experience in Human Resources & Organisational Development in both Private and International Non-Governmental (Development) sectors.

Grace is strongly committed to developing people, building resilient teams and fostering inclusive cultures; and has built a distinguished career in designing and leading strategies that strengthen organisational culture, HR professionalism, leadership capability, and performance. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring people, and believes that Leadership is a key enabler of organisational success.
